Welcome to our elegant and luxurious new build town home that is in a quiet and safe neighborhood perfect for work and family trips. Our home is a ZERO entry 1,200 sq ft with no stairs. It boasts 2 bedrooms (KING size bed in each room), large livingroom couch , 2 bathrooms, large family room/dining area and a fully equipped spacious kitchen. It is close to the highway and is minutes from Sam's Club, Walmart, Target, Hyvee, Trader Joes, Costco and Walmart and various dining places. Only 7 miles from downtown. Come relax and enjoy your stay!
