Great spot, needs maintenance and cleaning
Family stay in LincolnThe Good: - Great location for family and easy access to the river - Large amount of space and easy onsite parking - Easy access to Loon mountain (walkable)Needs Improvement: - Several ceiling cracks with evidence of prior water damage - couch in the main room is worn and had holes in it - some broken furniture (shelves in downstairs bedroom, several chairs and stools had broken leg supports with sharp edges and nails exposed). - First level was very musty - in need of de-humidifier - The home is advertised as air conditioned - it is but only on the main level. This leaves the upper bedrooms very warm in the summer - The internet was intermittent and not very high speed - The screen door to the deck was ripped along the bottom - The door on the upstairs bunk room had broken hinges and was only held in by a single 3" screw. this fell off while we were there and the owners were notified. - (7) TV remotes and non of them worked - The main outlet in the master bathroom was not working - Many of the light outlets did not turn on/off the lightsCleanliness: - the carpets were dirty - The first floor bathroom was not cleaned prior to our arrival. We notified the owner of this - many ants & spiders were present in the upstairs kitchen and main level living room throughout our stay - Oven was not cleanWe still had a great time, home just needs some TLC
