The vacation apartment Hotz is located in Lindau, in the Niederhaus district, and is therefore only 5 km (10 minutes by car) from Lindau Island and Lake Constance. In the immediate vicinity (10-minute walk), you will find the Golf Club Lindau, one of the most beautiful courses in Europe, and only 10 minutes by car from the accommodation, there is another golf course in the city of Bad Schachen. The vacation apartment accommodates 2 guests. There is one bedroom with a king-size bed available.

The modern and high quality vacation apartment has a comfortable living area with a sofa and satellite TV as well as a bathroom with bathtub and shower and an additional toilet. The large kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. The amenities include a dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster as well as a stove with oven and a fridge/freezer. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi and a sunny balcony facing south with garden furniture and parasol. A supermarket with its own bakery and snack bar can be reached after 5 minutes by car (2,5 km). The nearest inn can be reached in 4 minutes by car. The Gitzenweiler Hof campsite (with inn / pizzeria / ice cream parlor / beer garden) is only a 15-minute walk away. The vacation apartment is the ideal starting point for visiting the numerous sights in the Lake Constance triangle of Germany, Austria, Switzerland or for bicycle tours and excursions to the nearby Alps region. There is a bus stop in the immediate vicinity of the vacation apartment. There are busses every half hour, the visitor's tax entitles you to use the city transport of Lindau free of charge.

Die Ferienwohnung hat unsere Erwartungen komplett übertroffen. Alles sehr geräumig, sehr sauber und super ausgestattet. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und jederzeit ansprechbar. Einzig der Fenrseher war ewtas eigenwillig. Der ist im Urlaub aber nicht so wichtig und schmälert das Erlebnis überhaupt nicht.Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Wir wurden freundlich begrüßt und danach wurde uns die Wohnung gezeigt.Diese war sauber und es war alles da, was wir benötigen. Die Ferienwohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend, aber man ist innerhalb von ein paar Minuten direkt im Ort Lindau.Wir haben alles mit unserem Fahrrad erkundet.Danke, das wir dort eine unbeschwerte Zeit haben konnten.
