"Am Eingang standen merkwürdige Leute vor dem Hotel und man hat gemerkt, dass es sehr preisgünstig war, wir haben uns einfach unsicher gefühlt bei diesen Menschen.
Die Tapete direkt vor unserer Zimmer Türe war abgelöst und heruntergerissen, das war wirklich ganz schrecklich aus,
Im Zimmer war die Balkontüre so zerstört dass man sie nicht mehr öffnen konnte, der Griff war abgebrochen. Es hat nach Mariuana gerochen. Die Toilettenspülung hat nicht funktioniert. Der Fernseher hat nicht funktioniert. Wir mussten uns ein anderes Hotel suchen weil wir schnell eine Unterkunft brauchten in der man wirklich schlafen kann.
Die einzig faire Lösung wäre, dass Sie uns die Kosten bitte zurück erstatten.
Wir haben sogar eine neue Unterkunft gebucht aber als wir dort aufgeschlagen sind hat man uns gesagt es ist kein Zimmer frei obwohl EXPEDIA uns bestätigt hat dort wäre ein Zimmer frei und wir haben auch bezahlt. Diese Rückerstattung fordere ich gesondert von Ihnen ein. Bitte um Ihr Feedback,
