We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Alegria! The location was perfect—extremely walkable to most of the main sights/restaurants you’ll want to explore while visiting. The charming park right across the street was such a lovely bonus. We also really enjoyed the daily breakfast, which added a nice touch to our experience.

I can't praise enough the staff of Hotel Alegria that is for their kindness, professionalism, level of service and attention to their clients' needs. While the property is wonderful, extremely well located, impeccably maintained and with a lot of amenities, the staff and during this stay made all the difference! From the check-in experience to the Alegria "Kiosk" experience for aperitifs and snacks all members of Hotel Alegria's staff couldn't do enough in the matter of being accommodating and extremely courteous and "fast". I can't recommend enough this outstanding property and from all standpoints (having tried so many other hotels in Lisbon). Thank you to everybody at Hotel Alegria ... I will be back !

A super boutique hotel! Rooms are charming, bathroom was updated, staff was helpful and engaging, beds were soooo comfortable as well as the pillows! It was a walkable area to many sights and stores. Also, restaurant options very conveniently located to the hotel! We hope to return in the future.

The hotel was incredibly charming, location was perfect and staying in a historic charm upon walking in the beautiful smell in the lobby and the historical details in the room, and the best part at the park in little café outside was the cherry on top of a wonderful three nights staying here. My fiance and I loved the hotel- efficient location, cozy, comfortable and checked all the boxes.

Awesome hotel!

We loved Hotel Alegria! Beautiful hotel - dining room, lobby, rooms, and hallways. Comfy bed, nice lighting, awesome shower. We loved the park and cafe across the street from the hotel. If you order food from the cafe, it’s coming from the hotel. Great options for dining around the square/hotel - excellent tapas and wine restaurant, breakfast restaurant, and a steak restaurant. Very cool speakeasy close - The Red Frog - I recommend making a reservation ahead. We’ll definitely staying at Hotel Alegria next time we’re in Lisbon.
