A quiet oasis close to everything. The service was impeccable. Rooftop view was amazing from restaurant/bar. Sauna/massage were nice. The Spa tub felt cold while I was there, so I would be careful to check into that.

Great location, rooms were ample size, very comfortable bed, great bath room and shower. Carpet needs cleaning on all floors, several burned out bulbs in our bathroom. Our friends traveling with us had problems with their room (construction going on in room next to them and AC not working) and had to be moved.

The hotel has a great location, making it easy to explore the area, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our stay. However, the rooms felt quite dated and despite renovation they didn’t fix bathrooms, windows or floor. We stayed on the 8th floor, yet could still hear traffic noise from the street, which affected the overall comfort.

Loved it very attentive staff, very clean rooms, breakfast was incredible fantastic location. We were unlucky to be there the 28th April with the major blackout in Portugal and when we managed to arrive back to hotel from our day trip to sintra they were very attentive, had restaurant and cafetia opened serving salads & sandwiches xx

Lovely hotel with great facilities

Short business trip. The room was spacious and clean and the hotel facilities were very enjoyable. Despite being on the 8th floor I never had to wait for a lift. I used the pool and sauna during the stay and both were spacious and not too busy. The top floor bar had a good ambience. Only slight problem was the A/C vent in my room rattling a lot, which I had to wiggle each night to stop. I should have reported this but as I was only on a short visit didn't bother.

Good overall but not amazing found the slipper under the bed from a previous occupant. Some fingerprints on the bathroom doors. Bathrooms need a bit of TLC at least mine. But I’m a bit OCD. Staff kind and polite and attentive. Breakfast very good. Location is good, but it’s a bit of walking to anything just as well that Taxis are cheap . Plus point it is quiet.You don’t get the noise from the street.We had a nice time and a couple of nice dinners in the downstairs restaurant. thank you to the staff on the front desk and a doorman always very kind and attentive.

We like the property very much. The room was large, very comfortable and had all the amenities available. The breakfast at the property was ok. There was a good selection, however, for a 5 star hotel, I thought the breakfast room was more like a conference room turned into a breakfast area. The bar on the 12th floor served great cocktails and their bar menu (food) was great. The downstairs Bistro was also very good. It was centrally located and we could get to the Hop On Hop Off very easily on foot. There were some nice restaurants in walking distance.
