The beauty of the hotel and cleanliness. The staff were friendly the breakfast buffet was spectacular! Amazing view on rooftop with a gorgeous pool. Definitely a five star hotel. Would recommend all my friends to stay at your hotel.

Beautiful hotel, we stayed in a delux suite. Loved their restaurants and bars. Breakfast was great. Clean room, comfortable bed, amazing spa. Best experience in their spa, steamer and saunas were working properly, spa pool was not ice cold. 5/5 overall experience. The shower in our room was slightly dirty with mildew on the corners, otherwise, great hotel.

Wonderful Stay – Great Hotel with Amazing Amenities! We had a fantastic stay here! The hotel is modern and beautifully maintained — it is located in “new” Lisbon. The amenities were top-notch, and the staff made everything smooth and enjoyable. While it's about a 20–30 minute walk to many of the popular restaurants and the heart of the city's vibe, the location was still convenient and enjoyable for exploring. Bonus: the pizza spot right across the street was absolutely awesome!

Modern, clean and comfortable. The high tech light switches were a bit clumsy, not labeled and needed trial and error to switch on and off until you learn them. Bed was very comfortable; breakfast was good with lots of options. Gym was nice, but a bit small. Spa looked beautiful but didn’t use.

Everything was above five star, although we found the location a little bit far out from some of the main areas. I will have to say that the person that made our stay more delightful was Elisa at the front desk/ customer service…she was absolutely amazing in every way. Our stay was great!!’

Nice hotel but feels ‘a bit tired’. Quite a corporate feeling hotel. A lot of amenities safe and clean, however. Breakfast was lovely and all staff were kind and helpful.

The rooms were immaculate and facilities great. They were cleaned twice daily with bottles of water replenished regularly and extra on request. Lovely touches such as chocolates in the evening and a plate of pastries and bottle of wine on arrival made it more special. The breakfast buffet was excellent, something for everyone. It was fresh and excellent quality. The staff at the hotel were, without exception, excellent. Professional and friendly and went out of their way to offer help, for example taking us along the road to show us the way to the Metro.

The overall service and the hotel location is good but the rooms’ condition and cleanliness do not follow the standards for a 5* star hotel. We had to change 3 rooms during our 6 night stay at the hotel. The room carpets are dirty, the showers are moldy and in one of the rooms that was supposed to be an “upgrade” the shower and the sink drains were plugged and there was a bad smell that we couldn't sleep at night. The guest managers were attentive through and were trying to address the issues on a timely manner. But for a room charge of $1000/night we will not pick this hotel in the future an will stay somewhere at a real 5* hotel.
