This apartment is located on the 4th floor without an elevator. Please note that the building has construction work on the roof!

It is located in downtown Lisbon and has all the amenities needed to make you feel like a city local. The high ceilings and large windows with balconies give the apartment a unique character that's only found in Lisbon.

This apartment has an open floor plan. The living room features a comfortable seating area, including a sofa bed and a private balcony with stunning views.

The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you'll need to cook delicious meals.

The bedroom has a double bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.

The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

It is just about 10 minutes away from Mercado da Ribeira (aka Time Out Market Lisbon) and Miradouro de Santa Catarina (perfect for watching sunsets) and an additional 5 minutes to the historical city centre of Bario Alto. The street my home is located on is relatively quiet and residential, with tons of hole-in-the-wall eateries.

It easy to get around Lisbon on foot via Metro; you can catch the 28E Tram to Alfama as it would stop right outside the door.

Alternatively, taxis and buses are available at your convenience.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).

Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.

Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

GuestReady - Light and Music in Downtown offers its guests laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
