It is designed with a modern and elegant style with large windows, providing a peaceful and bright ambience to guests. The living space features a comfortable sitting area with a TV for relaxing evenings and a dining table. The open-concept kitchen provides a welcoming environment for socialising and enjoying meals together. It includes essential cookware and cutlery to make delicious meals, such as an oven, cooking plate, microwave and coffee maker.

There are two beautifully decorated bedrooms, each with a comfortable double bed, multiple storage spaces, and an ensuite bathroom.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

Rua de São Nicolau lies at the beating heart of Lisbon’s Baixa district, a pedestrianised street where history and modern life meet. As you stroll its patterned calçada, you’ll spot elegant pastel-hued façades and traditional shops—a scene that feels both timeless and full of energy. A highlight is the Igreja de São Nicolau, originally founded in the 13th century and rebuilt in the 18th‑19th centuries after the earthquake; its serene interior and organ are a quietly moving contrast to the bustling street.

Today, the street buzzes with cafés and brunch spots like Nicolau Lisboa, which draws a mix of locals and tourists for wholesome breakfasts. It’s also a gateway to the rest of the Baixa Pombalina—just steps from sights like the Santa Justa Lift, Rossio Square, and the River Tagus waterfront. Whether you're savouring coffee at a sidewalk table or discovering hidden historic corners, Rua de São Nicolau delivers Lisbon life's authentic yet vibrant taste.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest subway station, Baixa-Chiado, is just a 1-minute walk.

Humberto Delgado Airport is a 27-minute drive from the property.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
