An outstanding apartment with clean and fresh modern decor, all the facilities you could need and excellent staff on hand for anything. We had a minor panic over the unusual coffee pods (delta rather than Nespresso) but we found these in the nearby Lidl. Overall an excellent stay.

The apartment had all the amenities which was nice. It was cleaned well however the carpets and furniture could use a steam clean. The staff are friendly. We were on the forth floor and had a few nights of interrupted sleep due to noise from above. If you choose to stay here I would suggest asking for the top floor. Also we paid a hefty sum for our stay and booked through Expedia. We wanted to check out two days early and even though Expedia agreed the hotel would not refund the payment for the unused days as I paid in advance. For this reason I will use other accommodations on my return trips. Lisbon is beautiful and there are many lovely areas in the city to stay. Enjoy!!!

Gorgeous apartment, very nice big welcome gift,lovely lobby with quick grab supplies, would stay hear again But we chose this property with a high expectation of AC throughout. There is AC but the staff in lobby controls it for temperature and when it gets turned on & off which is not acceptable as a guest. There are individual remote controls for each AC unit but they do not work staff controls. It asked for AC on but it got turned off during the night and never turned back on as we requested!! That is no where in listing description. Not acceptable

Our family of four had a delightful two-night stay at this charming, beautifully decorated hotel. Their two bedroom is very spacious and had everything we needed. The staff was exceptionally friendly and welcoming, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere from the moment we arrived. We encountered a minor issue with the air conditioning, but the staff promptly explained that it temporarily shuts off when the water heater is in use. With this insight, we easily adjusted our hot-shower schedules to ensure the AC could run effectively, and the issue was resolved quickly. Overall, a wonderful experience we’d happily repeat!

Such an amazing team to greet us and to answer all of our questions about parking, etc. So helpful in multiple ways. The room and welcome gifts were a dream after the drive from Algarve. Thank you Haws Lisboa for making our stay in Lisbon an absolute delight. Perfect for a family of five with teens. Very close to Tram 28. The people, vibe, and service made it a favorite. Stayed at Haws Liboa for a week with a family of 5. It was the perfect location - easy access to the metro and to the train station. Small market across the street for easy essentials and the neighborhood was quiet. Very walkable to great restaurants. Would definitely come back and stay again.

Couldn’t fault the place or service. It was great all in all and we all loved it. The apartments are tastefully decorated and the location is super convenient to get to the centre walking.. with the addition of some local hidden gems. The staff were super helpful throughout.. the apartment kitchen is well equipped and there is a Lidl 2 minutes away.
