The staff was nice, especially Martin. Our room carpet was not clean and smell of mold or mildew. We almost got stuck in the elevator with the elevator door opening and closing repeatedly very quickly and unsafely. Two other guests were inside with us. Later a guest was stuck inside for almost an hour, The cobble stones in front of main entrance to hotel were loose and hazardous. I did stumble but I did not fall. I’m 73 and have traveled extensively and this was an unpleasant, unhappy experience. I worked 35 years in the hotel industry at risk management in the state of Hawaii. Tim Blum

The Holiday Inn that we stayed in Lisbon is in great location, a few minutes walk from Metro, supermarket, coffee shops and restaurants. The staff are great specially Diogo who always provided us with assistance on which direction my husband and I should go in visiting different places in Lisbon. He is very helpful. All other staff are great too! There is no language barrier, they can converse in English pretty well. I’m pleased with the service I received from the staff. Will definitely come back again in the future!
