The hotel car exceeded our expectations. The photos on hotels.com and the hotels own website don't do it justice, particularly the bathrooms which all have waterfall style showers. It's a short walk to the sea shore too which should be made more of. The only area of improvement for us would be the addition of a bar or sale of alcohol

Blood stains on the walls, the walls are cracked. Wallpaper is peeling off. Not even a kettle in the room. No telephone in the room to ring reception. Overall hygiene of the property is very poor. Hair dryer wire is burned in the bathroom. Pictures of the room on the listing on Expedia are nothing like the room you will actually get put in.

Mildew and Mold caused health issues

The room I stayed in caused me to have severe illness due to all the mildew that was in the room the first week I didn’t realize till the last day that the room was filled with mildew because I don’t look up or the walls. I’m so tired whenever I get back I just go straight to bed When I asked for a refund they denied me saying that they accommodated me from my second week to put me on the sixth floor, but that was courtesy on their part. I did not ask for that for me. I just needed a clean safe environment to put my head down I should not have been charged in that filth for the week. I am requesting a refund still. I have video and proof I am able to send but not on here. It’s just allowing pictures but I have video as my proof of my stay.

I have enjoyed the place as it was quiet and walkable to the beach, however some of the the days we have lost the internet connection, the phone was not working and there was no coffee/tea in the room or kettle to make it. The staff from reception was amazing and helped us to swap some towels when the cleaning staff forgot to clean our room. One of the sealing lights was flashing and not fixed as well. Overall I would return to the place if the quality vs price is balanced but definitely there is some improvements that can be made.
