The room was clean and comfortable. However, there were some issues with the advertised parking on the property. Upon arrival, we were told the parking was full. We were directed to an alternative lot, but the information provided by the hotel staff regarding payment and access was completely inaccurate. When we brought up our concerns, no support or solutions were offered to us, with no accountability. That said, a helpful solution was eventually offered, which we appreciated.

Main courses at dinner cool and disappointing. Not many restaurants within vicinity. Transport system good and very close. Overall hotel was relatively good value and only about 6 euros in uber from the airport.

I like the location. Easy access for transportation. The room is clean and you can have a good night sleep. Breakfast is also excellent! The dinner buffet which is an extra cost if you like to dine in the hotel is not as good (value for money). I hope they can improve on the customer service. The staff at the front desk is not as helpful as I expected. I asked for some assistance with the fridge that is not working in our room but the lady was not as helpful. She did not offer any alternative for me.
