Very convenient place, helpful staffs, clean and pretty rooms and facility. Only frustrating thing is strage space was not enough. Almost everything was in our suitcase during our stay except bath and cosmetic staffs, Bathroom are quite big and enough storage.

The breakfast was good with a lot of choices. I stayed the combination of two rooms with my family. The rooms and bathrooms are bigger as I thought. The services are great! They surprised us with welcoming wines and pastries, all free drinks in fridge and the boxes thanks for staying. It was my husband 50th birthday. Unforgettable memories!

Outstanding from start to finish.. it was the little touches, mini bar free of charge, night mask. Fresh bottled water when you needed it. The staff at reception were excellent and extremely helpful. The restaurant staff in particular the guy outside were outstanding. So central ! We loved our stay..

Nice hotel in a perfect central location.

Very clean, nice rooms with superior air conditioning. Comfortable beds with nice bedding and very helpful front desk staff. Excellent breakfast buffet at their restaurant for a good value. The location is stellar, located between two main squares but only a two minute walk to each. You are in the center of everything--restaurants, shopping, sites. Lots of extra touches that are special. Free minibar in room with juice, beer and wine complementary. And cute kids toiletry kits in the room. We had a wonderful stay in Lisbon and the staff very friendly and there 24-7. Hotel is in an older building with modern decor. It has a smaller lobby and the cocktail lounge seemed to be closed but the restaurant was open early and closed late.

Everything about this property was excellent. Location, dining options and shopping all right next door. If you want to be in the middle of the action, this location can’t be beat. The rooms are very spacious and beds were very comfortable. We LOVED it here
