Casa funzionale e comoda. Zona residenziale e di uffici un po rumorosa, metro molto vicina. Di notte la zona Ăš un po decadente. Nel complesso ottima casa con prezzo corretto
Newer condo. New beds, bathroom fixtures and kitchen. About a 7min uber to yellow bus route. Our host was responsive which was good because the way you need to check in and get your key is a bit of a process. I had to leave my mom and sister with all our bags on the street in front of the apartment building and run 2 city blocks to a convenience store. There I had to give a code, which didnât work but the host responded quickly with another code. I got the key and had to run back the 2 city blocks to let us all in. This worked but definitely wasnât efficient. If we got there at night I definitely wouldnât have felt comfortable running back and forth like I did. Also a few kitchen amenities were missing. A coffee maker and a toaster and fans (there is no air conditioning). Other than that it was a perfect little spot for us 3 and throughly enjoyed our time in Lisbon.
Everything was very satisfactory about the stay, except that the elevator was not working half the time, and then we had to use the stairs, which did not have good lighting. The apartment was very nice and comfortable, and had obviously been recently re-finished. The neighborhood was fine, with plenty of choices for dining and groceries, and was very close to the metro stop.
We had a significant delay in our travel and the property owner was very easy to communicate with about it and was more than accommodating for our arrival late at night. The location is very close to public transportation and directions were clear on how to get there, although if you want to walk to more significant areas in the city it will be around 30 minutes, yet again that is without using the public transit. The apartment itself was very nice and spotless clean, even providing a complimentary bottle of local wine. Overall a near perfect stay, especially for the price.
