The building is in a nice location, right near the historic town centre. The room is well appointed with a comfortable bed, however the air conditioning did not work and the bathroom extractor fan was useless, so the room would get quite hot and humid after a shower. Breakfast is extremely good and I would recommend this if you like to get up early, as many local cafes open later.

Clean hotel with great views, at a great location to see Sintra. Hotel has a small gym, which was really nice. Hotel parking was an absolute necessity when having a car. i have to say that all the front staff members were superb!! everyone is very pleasant, helpful, polite, EXTREMEMLY PROFESSIONAL. I travel quite a bit and will say hands down that the front desk people here are a class act! on a different note, the location is very convenient. it's right in the city center. you can walk to the Regelaria and National Palace. you will have to uber to the Moorish Castle and Pena, though.
