The apartment is located right above the Alfama, in front of the Miradouro de Graça and the Castelo Sao Jorge, in an authentic and bustling area on the heights of the Alfama hill. It was renovated in 2013 and is now fully equipped. There are two bedrooms, a bathroom, a kitchen a dining room, and a furnished terrace.
- Bedroom 1: queen size bed (160 cm), two windows (one of which has a balcony and offers a view of the town and the 25 de Abril Bridge)
- Bedroom 2: bunk beds (90 cm) + extra bed
- Bathroom with a bathtub
- Dining room with view of the convent of Graça
- Comfortable sofa bed (Rapido system) for 2
- Fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave oven, espresso machine, washing machine, refrigerator, and induction hobs
- Terrace with barbecue/plancha, table for 4 to 6 people
The apartment is not overlooked on the side of the terrace. The building faces the Graça Park. It is located in a very quiet area and offers an exceptional view of the Old Town (with the convent of Graça, the Alfama hills, the Castelo Sao Jorge), the Tage and the 25 de Abril Bridge.

The apartment is ideally located in the heart of the Graça district, 100 m away from the terminus of the famous Tramway 28. The area offers plenty of restaurants and shops (5 bakeries and cake shops, 2 fishmongers’, 3 butcher's shops, 1 supermarket...) as well as many services (launderette, cybercafé, gas station, banks, newspapers...).
The apartment is fully equipped with dishes, towels, and sheets.
It is located on the third floor of an historic building (typical façade covered with azulejos) which was entirely restored in 2013.
You only need 10 minutes to get to the airport. There is a large taxi station 100 m away and the metro is within walking distance or you can take the Tramway 28 to get to it. If you have a car, you can easily park at the foot of the building, which is quite unusual in Lisbon.

We loved staying here. The apartment was comfortable and plenty of room for us. The back balcony was a main area we hung out to people watch and see the views. We had a wonderful stay here.The check in process was very easy, even with our flight delayed. Everyone was very helpful.

Comfort with a view!

This apartment had everything one could possibly need, and the view from the balcony was even better than the photos suggest. There is no A/C but the cool breezes from the balcony plus fans kept the place very pleasant even on days that hit 85 degrees. The hill is very steep with slippery cobblestone, so bring shoes with good grip! But things flatten out quickly, whether you go up or down the hill, and it’s close to lots of restaurants and bars. The property manager was quick to respond to any questions. We would definitely stay here again!

Study abroad

I stayed here for a month last year. I've been traveling to Lisbon every year since 2017. I've stayed in several other apartments, and this apartment is the best I've been in by far. It is conveniently located near everything you need for a long or short trip. The proximity to stores and restaurants is fantastic. The balcony was my favorite part; the view was inspiring. Please note that you will need to walk up three flights of stairs to reach the apartment, so keep this in mind when packing. The space was great for me but would easily allow 4 people comfortably. The kitchen had the essentials, and a TV in the main room. There is a Pingo Doce (grocery store) up the hill and around the corner, so not far at all. The metro is a 10-minute walk (downhill) bus and tram are both uphill and downhill, about 5-10 minutes away on foot. Everything is accessible on foot. You won't regret your stay here.

Pleasant, compact apartment, clean and well equipped. A good size for two adults and a child. In a nice location if you don’t mind a bit of walking. Friendly host with easy communication. Only issue we found was some traffic and general noise from outside through the night. Overall a good stay and would recommend.

Outstanding View in Lisboa

Beautiful views of Sao Jorge Castle and Church from the balcony. Located minutes to the best view points in Lisbon. We’re 2 seniors with good mobility, which you will need to navigate this 3rd floor walk up and long uphill walks. Close to restaurants, taxis stand, and famous Tram 28. Perfect home base to explore Portugal

The apartment was well appointed and clean with an outdooor seating area to enjoy a meal or glass of wine. The view is spectacular. The washer was a huge benefit as we didn't have to pack as heavy. We would definitely stay here again, great spot.

Wonderful Terrace, great view of the Castle!

The property came exactly as advertised. Our favorite thing was the outdoor space which is overlooking a park and the Castle. Very spacious for 2 people and very comfortable overall. We were met by Maria upon arrival and she gave us a good overview for our stay in Lisboa.

Nice flat with a great balcony view

This flat was a great base for our stay in Lisbon. It's within walking distance of all the main sights in the city centre and the station for trains to Sintra. It's also close to an area with a good selection of restaurants. The flat was very clean and had everything we needed. The balcony was a lovely place to sit with a view over the Lisbon skyline and the local park. Communication with the host was excellent and check in was easy.

Beautiful, luminous apartment in the heart of Graça

The apartment was even better than we expected — it was such a pleasure to be able to start every morning with a coffee on the patio overlooking the park with the view of the Castelo. We had an extremely early flight and Erland and Simone even let us check in early. Can't recommend this place enough!

Excellent - a real gem

From start to finish our stay was excellent - great welcome from Simone who was very informative and helpful. The apartment is set over looking a beautiful park. We spent hours on the balcony in the early evening and early mornings. The apartment was well equipped. Spotlessly clean and in a great location. I would highly recommend. Great views!

Good sized property and very well equipped and clean. Lots of stairs to access so not for those with mobility issues. Good communication from the property and Simone was very helpful at checkin and whilst we were there. Nice central apartment

This is a nicely finished two bed apartment. There is a balcony overlooking a public garden. The apartment is well equipped for cooking, and there is a barbecue and a nice coffee machine. Everything was clean and worked. Five minutes walk gets you to a main street with shops, restaurants and a stop for the famous 28 tram. Ten minutes gets you to the Statue of King John in the Praca de Figueira. It's very central. The street outside is steep, and both of the walks above involve a substantial climb, either going or coming. Also the apartment is up six flights or stairs. If you don't handle stairs well this may not be the apartment for you. Also I would strongly recommend not bringing a car with you.
