We arrived st the hotel at 8:00 pm. Our bags were unloaded from our rental car and we were escorted to the reception desk only to be told that our reservation had been moved to the Holiday Inn ( three kilometres away). The Radisson had a flood and our room was cancelled--we had to load up the cat again and drive to the new hotel. Why on esrth would the hotel (or Expedia for that matter) not have notified us of this change by text or Email!!

The hotel is old, lobby & room was somewhat updated but the halls were dingy with marks on the walls & dirty carpet. The staff didn't appear happy, took a very long time to get served in the bar. Limited food options only an expensive buffet or very limited bar menu.

Radisson isn’t like it used to be in the past. The room was clean nice size room. The hallway rugs were horrible. The restaurant downstairs, the bar the lobby excellent shape, but the rugs in the hallway need to go.
