The property was immaculate, beautifully decorated, the suit was wonder w/ an extremely large bathroom! We could look out @ the street, but people could NOT see us. The street was relatively quiet & the breakfast was excellent. We dined @ the outdoor restaurant and the food was fabulous! Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Great front desk staff with good service, accommodated all of our requests and very polite and helpful. Convenient area to explore all districts, walking to distance to alfama, Chicago, baixa, couple minutes to rossio square and avenue liberdade. Nice that it's wet away from super touristy rua Augusta but few minutes to walk there. Would stay again.

L'hôtel est très bien situé, en plein centre de Lisbonne, proche des transports et des sites à visiter. Le petit déjeuner, en buffet, est correct. La salle de bain manquait d'un rangement pour poser les affaires, et la chambre était équipée d'un placard ouvert qui ne permettait pas de suspendre des robes longues. Le personnel est super sympa. Le plus de l'hôtel est qu'il y a une terrasse avec piscine, ce qui est agréable pour se rafraichir en plein été après une journée de visites

The hotel is located close to the city centre and a close walk to the subway making getting around easier. The staff helpful and accommodating. The hotel and rooms were clean and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast buffet was great with a lot of tasty options. This was one of the best stays we have had in a hotel.

Highly recommend this hotel. Location - easy access to Rossio metro and train stations and Restauradores metro station (to get train to Santa Apolonia for train to Porto). Close to bus stop for the castle. Also, 5 minutes to Tram 28E. Lots of eateries. Room - with the Expedia VIP, a voucher for a bottle of wine was given. Room was excellent - very clean and it had air con which was much needed. Bed was extremely comfortable and I slept well every night. Shower had great pressure. Only tiny negatives - not enough space in bathroom for toiletries and no hooks for jacket, bag, etc. Breakfast - excellent. Enough variety. Staff always lovely. I didn’t use their swimming pool but it looked lovely. I will stay here again.

The property is in a great location, right in the heart of Old Town Lisbon, and the staff was friendly and helpful. But there was a huge roach in the lobby at check-in which didn’t instill much confidence, and the rooms are very outdated, with very squeaky old mattresses.

Excellent hotel in the middle of the old city. Renovated with taste. Large room within a cozy perfect size hotel. I recommend the restaurant and the bar with simple/excellent food at a reasonable price. Perfect breakfast, not to be missed!

A lovely old property renovated to very high standard in a great location. Extremely comfortable bed with crisp bed linen and great pillows. Probably the best shower we've ever experienced! Breakfast was delicious, varied and plentiful. The staff were, without exception, helpful and a delight to deal with, particularly Juan who chatted to us about the history of the hotel. My only gripe was that there were no hooks or rails to hang the towels in the bathroom. We very much enjoyed our stay and hope to return.
