This place is next level! Such a beautiful room and huge newly renovated bathroom. The staff is super nice and helpful. Love the kitchen too! And the price. Just know it’s a big echo-y building. (Think old school building) Things were a bit loud in the morning when people were moving around.

The property is misleading thought. I would have a kitchen in room you do not. Shared kitchen .As no one use it much it was ok and fairly well equipped .The shower was full of black mold in the corners .They have fake reviews for sure this is not close to 10 out of 10.Many reviews say quite not at all sound proofing is no exist the doors are old woodedwith very encecure locks .Patio area was nice but furniture failing broken out dated. Staff was very nice and tried to help out. Over all it worked for us but would not say again.

The staff was friendly, getting our luggages upstairs was a bit tricky but the small elevator definitely helped! It was close to local restaurants that are walkable which is great. The rooms were set up so cute as well! Very clean!

Clean and in a quiet area. Beds were quite good, matresses firm and quiet, pillows nice and fluffy. Bathroom well appointed with modern fittings. The room could use more storage, the room entry door was not working, so only the keylock deadbolt worked to keep the door closed. The door was poorly insulate, pretty much no sound proofing, light was sipping in though the door frame, so the place was very noisy. The whole place has tiled floors and the walls are completely empty, which basically makes it one echo chamber after another. The sink in the room was fine, but the shower's drain was almost completely blocked - had to pause every minute during a shower to let the water sip through. Practical and cheap, with a good location, but not great. Would not book again. Would not recommend. For this kind of price point and location, there are better options. It does have 24 hrs reception, and locked entrance - good security. It has elevator, and the room had an effective a/c unit. The window could be opened. The tv only had youtube. The room could use a chest of drawers to replace the tv table, and a real night table instead of the ikea metal tray night table.

Clean room, outstanding location. Front desk staff were great and gave me a fantastic dining suggestion on the evening of my arrival. There is a wonderful Portuguese restaurant directly across the street. Convenient to dining, shopping, and transportation. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!!

The bathroom had an awful smell of mold and cleaning products, it just didn’t feel safe to be breathing in it. The room itself was fine, the bed was comfortable. The location is not great, it’s good in relation to the airport but far from any part of Lisbon you might want to walk around. I guess it depends on what you want out of it.

The room looks exactly as advertised, it was nicely decorated, comfortable, clean. The staff was great, stayed up to check me in when my flight was delayed. Only 2 issue, the building is old, so elevator, layout and door mechanism are dated. I had difficulty using the key, even the staff did. The bathroom is not in the bedroom so the layout is a little weird

In general almost everyone we came across in Portugal was very kind! We actually stayed here on our first and last night of the trip as it was convenient and close to Lisbon Airport. The staff was friendly and got a good laugh out of us. The rooms were very clean which was amazing! Perfect little stay!
