This was an overall excellent property. It is in a rural setting which we knew and wanted. There is one large building that houses about 6 apartments and it is right on the ocean with lots of outside areas to explore. We utilized the walking paths, firepit area, grill and walking the road area. The flower and vegetable gardens were fabulous and well tended. We ate out a fair bit, but when we did stay in we utilized the lettuce, celery and herbs from the fresh garden. The unit is spacious with over 1600 square feet. The quality of everything is exceptional from the bedding and towels to the cookware and dishes. Kitchen appliances are high end. Everything you need is supplied such as spices and oils and soaps, toiletries, plastic baggies and storage containers. Even beach towels, mats and chairs are supplied. Very well stocked unit. Dave, our host, was excellent. He is friendly and onsite most of the daytime, but available by cell phone as well. Regarding the area, one thing we found out was to not always rely on Google GPS because it will take you on secondary dirt roads which are considered the "shortest". Rely on the old fashion paper maps if you want the best scenic routes around the island. I highly recommend.
