Located in the heart of Liverpool’s famous Concert Square, this apartment places you right in one of the city’s most vibrant and energetic districts. Surrounded by bars, restaurants, and nightlife, it’s an ideal choice for guests who want to stay central and experience the city at full pace. Due to this prime location, some external noise should be expected, particularly on weekends. To help with comfort, complimentary earplugs and a white noise machine are provided inside the apartment.

While the property does not offer on-site parking, a paid multi-storey car park is conveniently located around a five-minute walk away (approximately 150 metres). Parking fees are not included in the stay.

To maintain a respectful and well-managed environment, bookings are limited to guests aged 21 and over. A refundable £250 security deposit is required before arrival and is fully returned after check-out, provided no damage or excessive cleaning is needed. By confirming the reservation, guests acknowledge and agree to these conditions.
