Lovely apartments. Wonderfully clean. Nice bathrooms. We didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment on that. The location was perfect for what we wanted and the staff were lovely. Have already re-booked for next year! We didn’t have enough cutlery for the number of guests. I didn’t raise this as I actually had some with me so wasn’t an issue but that was the only niggle.

Lovely warm welcome from the manager and staff. Fab location, great price. The apartment was very spacious and had everything we needed, great views over the docks. Would stay again.

When we arrived our room was ready They took our bags to a holding place that can only be described as a dumping ground for all stuff from the hotel We then tried to check in at 3pm which is what its states on the website our room wasnt ready bare in mind they had most of the day we had travelled for a dance comp and my girls needed to be ready by 5 we waiting over an hour for the room To then go up to the room the floors were wet there was large clumps of hair in the bathroom and no sofa bed made up as we requested No instructions on how to use the cooker and no oven as expected I like to add that as we were waiting on our room the manager and 3 other staff members were having a loud conversation around the manager not happy with members of staff and changing there days and a member of staff could come in early when requested and the manager were very rude loud and was used words not appropriate for childrens ears it was very unprofessional The room its self could have been a lovely stay for us but with the issues we had i dont think i stay again For the money we paid it was worth £350 and the £50 deposit that i still havent had back yet overall disappointed

Lilly on reception was friendly, helpful and excellent in her role. She checked us in early, the electric tripped in our bedroom and she came up right away and fixed. Thank you Lily. The only complaint about the outside are was it appeared to be in the process of being renovated

Good Location and size

Great location, view of the dock and friendly staff. The apartment itself was a good size and in good condition. The apartment was advertised as a 6 person apartment however the kitchen was not equipped for 6 people. There was no lock or latch for the bathroom which was awkward as 5 people were staying in the apartment. A few things were broken which i wouldn't expect.

Apartments are refurbish, and very basic. We had a problem with noisy plumbing keeping us awake. Great view and staff were very friendly.

Expectations not met

En-suite shower and bath has no hand soap, no shampoo and body wash soap, and no towel rail. The wash sink tap in the walk-in was not fixed in place firmly. There was a hand soap and shower gel but a quarter left in the bottle - requested to refill but was not never done.

Awful mattresses and subsequent lack of sleep

The mattresses were absolutely awful, as were the two fire alarms during the first night. Apartment was clean, but not when equipped and the second bedrooms window did not open. Not ideal during a heatwave. Good location for the ACC however.

A disappointing experience

Good location near Albert Dock but no cafe or food available. Apartment spacious and reasonably well appointed but bed uncomfortable and mattress needs replacing. Quite expensive for what it was and overall a disappointing experience. I won’t stay again.

Apartment was nice and clean but it was really noisy outside with people arguing after their night out. The fire alarm also went off 3 times and we had to evacuate each time because of guests vaping in their room

The apartments was comfortable and larger than expected. It had basic facilities including a kettle and coffee. The block has no foyer and the reception area was tiny and functional, more what you would expect with an apartment block them with a hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful Though not always on site. When I came back to collect my case it was unsupervised and I was unable to find any staff numbers.
