Degraded Service

Pretty average. No response on messages in 2 weeks before stay. We've stayed before and hotel was previously good, however now looks tired with lots of repairs needed, and many stains. Had one request which was for breakfast in bed, which we were happy to pay extra. Told by first concierge not possible and to come down and take food back up to room? Which defeats the object. Asked second who said you couldn't do it there at front desk and had to go to room, use menu and call? Went to room and no menu in room or online. So we gave up. Used to be good but hotel and service now lacking somewhat.

Overnight stay for football game.

The hotel was lovely, needed a little decorating in areas. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The breakfast was really good, lots of choice, fresh and hot. Overall a good comfortable stay just needing a few additions in the room like vanity magnifying mirror and usb sockets.

Stained bedroom carpet & seats

The carpet in the bedroom looked dirty. The chair in the area where I had breakfast was dirty, with the material on the seating area stained. I was not advised about breakfast just shown to the dirty seating area and left to find out about tea/coffee etc For the £200 room and the £102 spa I did expect the hotel to be presented in a clean state of repair. I was very disappointed.

Great location

Loved the hotel location was great all within walking distance for amenities. The only negative for myself was they need to update there pillows as my hardly had any filling in them so not good for my sleep
