Liverpool stay
I do not recommend this place, hereâ s my story.
After looking for this place you finally find it itâ s on the back side of a street like a ally way,
There's garbage in front of the building and the windows are really dirty from the outside.
You need a code to get in the front door and your room wish they send you during the day, (you need internet connection)
There is nobody to great you or to give you a bit of guidance. They ask you for 100 pound deposit
In which I received less than haft of without any explanation whatsoever. You get to see nobody, talk to nobody
Thatâ s not my cup of tea. This place was badly advertise they donâ t tell nothing of what I just mentioned.
This is a run down former halls of residence where universities would no longer put students.
You enter via a litter strewn alley the front door has a 1in gap down it.
The interior is dated, dirty and worn. There is no lift, so if youâre on the third floor like I am prepared to lift your luggage up a lot of steps.
The hallway is finished in a low quality paint and marble tiles. You can see dirt, dust and cobwebs all along it. The handrails up the stairs are all loose.
When in the apartment note the bathroom sharing situation is in adequate. There is one towel for all users of the flat to use to stand on or risk getting out onto a marble floor when wet.
The double bedroom that I booked was just wide enough for a double bed. The TV screen was mounted at away in which you couldnât watch it properly.
The sheets were very low quaility polyester/nylon velour material, not cotton. But remember that I was in required my head to be adjacent to the wall of the toilet. The wall is thin, expect to hear everybodyâs bodily functions.
The kitchen in the top floor flat only had about a fifth of it thereâs a 6ft man could stand in the rest was under an eave
Liverpool was buzzing. So much going on. The Christmas Market over the road from the train station was so good. The hotel was so local to the venue i was going to. I hope to go back
Great little spot we booked last minute (literally on the day). Easy communication with the staff through WhatsApp and very Claire processes. Quiet area outside of town but not so far out that you have to get a taxi, you can walk. Comfy bed, small room wardrobe desk TV which is a nice touch communal bathroom but clean loads of toilet rolls soap provided.
Great little place if you just need somewhere to spend your night.
