I’ll start by saying it is a good hotel, in a great central location. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast choice was great with a good mix of hot and cold choices. Would have given 5 stars but for the following: our room on the 5th floor was a bit too warm, even though we hung our towels to re-use as per the sign in the bathroom they were replaced daily which is not environmentally friendly, breakfast was understaffed so tables were left uncleared for some time even though there were hotel staff available to assist, the seating area immediately to the side of the hotel was not maintained - benches were broken and rubbish not cleared.

When we got into the room, we wanted to take a shower. There was no hot or even warm water. The air conditioning did not work either. We ordered room service and the food never came. Called front desk many times without anyone answering. Would not recommend.

Great location and comfy bed

Great location beside the main shopping area of Liverpool 1. The 500 bus from the airport terminates outside. Plenty of shops, pubs, restaurants and nightlife close by. Comfy bed and powerful shower, pity it's in bath. No tea/coffee facilities in room I'll go back the next time I'm in Liverpool

Basic offering by Hilton - nothing particularly good to write about. Limited beer selection, average food, rooms a little tired. Staff looked over worked during a busy weekend due to football game. Wouldn’t come back as there must be better options.
