For the moment you check in to leaving the staff were 100% the room were big very clean tea and coffee and great to have a kettle.thank you to the chambermaids For make my stay great in the rooms there a hair dry ironing board and iron I will definitely stay hear again amazing sleep and bed were very comfortable again thank you to all the staff

The staff were very pleasant and well mannered without being over familiar. The room and bedding were spotless. The full English was very good. The free parking spaces were plentiful.

Met with friendliness on arrival and hotel looked inviting. The room was ideal, clean and very comfortable. We did not eat at the hotel, so could not judge the facilities. However staff were very friendly and obliging.

Nice room and clean bedding. Not cleaned properly - cup marks on bedside table. Bathroom - hairs in shower and on floor, bathroom floor not cleaned properly for a while. Mould on grout and shower door, shower leaking. Water did not drain from shower - felt generally unclean.

The hotel is nice, clean and affordable. The breakfast - which is paid separately was really poor, dirty area, never replenished, not worthy it.

Flooding Shower room

We stayed in Room 001. The room was fine but the bathroom wasn’t. We realised during our first shower that the walk in shower drains/levels were blocked. The floor flooded. Any clothes/shoes on the floor were instantly soaked through. The water even went into the bedroom. It was a disgrace. We couldn’t finish showering; clothes to wear that day were soaked. When we said it at reception they knew about it but yet hadn’t thought to tell us or put that room out of commission. It was unacceptable. The hotel should not let this room as it is. The apology was not good enough; too little too late. We couldn’t shower and the clothes for that day had to be put back into our bags soaked to then be carried for the day wet.
