Breakfast waitress (Kath) was so lovely and friendly! Bathrooms need updating, shower curtains are never great and the toilet flush was poor. Bed was comfy and parking great value at £6.50 for 24 hours. Great central location.

Nice room and good facilities, very good location. Lovely views from the breakfast area. A minor issue (not the hotel's fault): access to parking in the adjacent public multistorey is not good - stairs only when the shopping mall is closed e.g. Sunday before 11am; and when it is open the lifts in the mall are inadequate for the number of people using them.

Excellent hotel

Great location, straight across the road from the train station and near to shops. Extremely clean and lovely friendly staff, nothing too much a problem for them. Amazing breakfast, continental and cooked with dining area having a large glass front. Would definitely recommend as somewhere to stay if you are visiting Liverpool
