Located in the heart of the nightlife quarter, you're in the best place! With two bars just over the road, the location is certainly not a quiet one, but great for those looking for a lively stay.



The Space:

This bright and modern one bedroom apartment is ideal for smaller groups looking to experience some of the wonderful nightlife in Liverpool!



With one bedroom with two double beds, fully kitted kitchen and dining area you have the perfect space from which to explore the city!



With the lounge area also boasting a cosy sofa bed, you have plenty of space!



Guest Access:

Guests have full exclusive access to all areas of the apartment and shared access to the communal entrance of the building, hallway and communal stairwell with other residents of the building.



The Neighborhood:

These apartments are located just off Concert Square, one of the main nightlife districts and just around the corner from Bold St with plenty of restaurants.



You have Shipping Forecast just over the road who do a great Sunday roast, The Merchant gin bar two minutes away and Pedro's bar & late-night pizzeria too!



Getting Around:

Everything is within walking distance in Liverpool city centre. If needed you are a short walk to Paradise St bus/coach station, 10 minutes walk from Lime St train station and 5 minutes from Central train station.



Other Things to Note:

We host stag and hen parties in this apartment.



We are unable to host groups of guests under 21 at this property.



The apartment is located on the 3rd floor.



The check in time is 3pm & check out 10am - Please adhere to these times unless otherwise agreed. An unauthorised late check out will incur a charge.



We provide bedding for all beds needed and a bath towel per guest. Bathrooms will be equipped with X1 hand towel and X1 bath mat.



Please note, in any case the fire alarms are sounding, please call us and evacuate the property. We will have a member of the team come to the apartment to ensure the correct fire safety protocols take place.



Smoking is strictly prohibited and will incur a deep cleaning charge upon check out.



Kindly note that we cannot accept parcels delivered to the apartment’s address and cannot be held responsible for any lost/damaged items. If you do require a parcel to be delivered during your stay, please contact us for our office address.



Lastly, please note, during exceptionally busy periods we may need to gain access to the property to complete maintenance works. This is to keep the property in good order for your stay. We always give 24 hours notice of this unless there is an emergency which needs addressing sooner.
