Recently refurbished, clean and comfortable. Accessing the off-road parking at the rear is a little tricky, but ample on-road parking available if you are not confident. Only 2 minutes walk from a good selection of bars and restaurants in Lark Lane and a well-stocked Coop at the other end. Friendly and helpful landlord.
