Lovely hotel

Lovely hotel. Very nice location, super view over the docks and river and very modern, comfy room. Our only criticism would be the price of breakfast - £26 for two people is extortionate - more than 25% of the room rate! Still, besides that, we would definitely stay again without hesitation but grab breakfast at Wetherspoons for a fraction of the price!

Lovely stay a bit disappointed that the free movies have been taken from the t.v in the room as I wanted to watch a film before I went out for the night but apart from that it was really nice

Well placed for our visit to the m&s arena. Lovely walk along the docks. Friendly staff, clean room with a view. Not enough tea and coffee in the room, no tissues in the bathroom and the dispensers were awkward to use. The pillows were really uncomfortable and the air conditioning kept coming on leaving the room really cold. The breakfast was lovely. We would stay there again

Nice hotel and very convenient for the conference/events centre next door. Friendly staff and nice room but breakfast wasn’t great.

Pullman hotel

When we first got to hotel , the room we were given was not the room we booked , receptionist was really unhelpful , we asked to speak to manager, within 15 minutes he has sorted the correct room out for us , gave us the key cards and helped clear up the issue with the parking , the hotel was veery clean and today , with exception of one recpetionist all the staff were welcoming polite , the bar prices were reasonable for a hotel right next to a comic con , we had the breakfast buffet for 2 days , that was banging , never had they run out of any items , whole experience after check in was amazing , well done pullman.

Perfect Solo Stay

The staff were phenomenally kind. I was able to check in early after a transatlantic flight. The room was spotless. It was nice and dark and good for sleeping. The mini bar really was a nice addition. Need breakfast were fantastic. The doorman was very attentive and always helpful. Not a family hotel but highly recommended for adult Travelers or business travelers. Thanks to Tarik for filling the mini bar and helping at breakfast.
