Great room. Very quiet with super comfy bed. Staff were lovely and attentive. Breakfast was disorderly though. Nowhere to sit and no one to greet you and arrange tables when free. So a bit of scramble to get to a free table. However staff kept the food fully topped up and tables cleared quickly. Need more than one coffee machine too as a very long queue.

It was a lovely hotel and the staff were really welcoming & friendly. We had free breakfast, which was a buffet and delicious. The hotel was located right next to the M&S arena, so excellent if you were going to a show. The only negative was our room. The shower was a bit dirty around the doors with limescale. They also do not clean the rooms unless asked of a weekend. We have never encountered this at a hotel before, you just put a sign on the door to say if no housekeeping is needed. We stayed 3 nights so this resulted in our bins overflowing when we left. We also had to approach one of the room attendants for more toilet roll during our stay.

Rooms were lovely and clean, and staff were all very friendly. Quiet at night, which was good. Outstanding location. Breakfast variety was good, but my daughter said the bacon wasn't the best (and she'd been lucky enough to get there just as a fresh batch was brought out). Granola option all good though.

The room was great, good location amd the reduced parking fees were good. Breakfast was poor, too many peopl, not enough tables and the food was bland/poor and no vegetarian options.
