The hotel is located at a convenient spot near the pier. It is walkable distance to Liverpool one, about 10 mins of walking. It is also convenient to bus station terminal 4 for bus 26 to Liverpool stadium. The hotel is clean and staffs are friendly and informational.

Location was perfect and studio apartment was cosy and clean with everything we needed. Nice to have a Nespresso machine too ! Have already booked for next year.

Unfortunately the rooms windows were broken open & cold night. The fridge had old milk left in it and because of emergency at airport, we were forced to rebook a 2nd night at triple cost. Not recommending this place to anyone I actually like.

We booked into property for one day, due to unforeseen events @ airport; one day became two days. Our stay was terrible Our Windows broken- open- cold night, old milk in fridge, had a up charge to replenish free coffee pods. Not a good place- give it zero out of ten stars.

Fantastic customer service

When I arrived I found my room had a damaged window. The receptionist was absolutely brilliant, sorted out a change of room for me without any hesitation and took great personal care to ensure I was happy. The definition of great customer service!

Clean hotel,

For the negatives… The room was very hot even though we turned the thermostat all the way down. There was only one lift working for the 8 floors and we were on floor 8. We even walked up with our luggage to save waiting a long time for the lift as there was a big queue. We had to pay £15 parking even though it said parking was included. Very noisy. Positives… The room was very clean and the hotel is in a good location. Very secure too.
