Good location

Beautiful historic building. Our room 237 had slow running drains, a view of a wall, and very loud heat/ac. One small still water and one small sparkling water per day. The room was a reasonable size. I would not go back, personally. Concierge Greg was very helpful. Liverpool has many other options.

Lovely hotel although layout is very confusing. On more than one occasion we took wrong turns in hallways. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Great area within walking distance to most sites of interest
