I stayed here with my husband and daughter, we were allocated a very spacious room which was clean and very comfortable. The staff on reception were very helpful and professional. We enquired about the best way to get to Anfield Stadium and they informed us about a shuttle service. We asked to leave our bags after checkout while we explored the city which they were happy to do. My daughter accidentally left her phone in our room and they called us to inform us immediately. Hotel in a great location to explore all areas of the city. Highly recommend.

Grat location and a superb hotel

We stayed for one night, reception staff were so efficient and nothing was too much trouble for them.the room was on floor 4 the room was clean with everything we needed like toiletries, clean towels comfy bed.. The resident is located 5 minutes from Liverpool Central train station there are lots of shops cafes restraunts just around the corner We would definitely stay there again and would definitely recommend it to family or friends

The staff were so accommodating and really friendly and the rooms were ideal for a one night stay. What would be great though is having a few more bits in the room to wash up if you use any of the crockery/cutlery (like washing up liquid and a tea towel) otherwise you have dirty crockery lying around and you have to use the bathroom towels to dry them. Just a small thing, but sometimes makes a big difference!
