It is very well connected with all major attractions in Istria. With more than 300 m2, divided into two floors, with external staircase and with 4 bedrooms, the house can accommodate up to 12 guests. A private pool, an outdoor grill and a children's playground are only a part of the comfort of Villa Nikolina. The area around the swimming pool is equipped with umbrellas and 8 sun loungers. For complete privacy and security, the garden is surrounded by a hedge and a fence. The garden also has a barbecue area with a large dining table. The house offers parking for 4-5 cars. The restaurant near the house (600 m) is one of the most popular in the region. This beautiful luxury villa in Sisan will delight anyone who wants a quiet location near the city, easy access to the beach, beautiful scenery, fun and good food and the proximity of all major attractions of Istria. Also in the vicinity of the house (300 m), is one of the best Winkeller in Croatia, here you can taste the wine from the southernmost region in Istria. The winery and wine tasting are open for groups up to 30 people. Pool heating will be charged 30 EUR / day and paid in cash on arrival

A riding school, bike rental, surf station and other services are also located in the immediate vicinity of the villa. On the beach (2 km from the villa) you can relax in one of the typical beach bars, just a few meters from the crystal clear sea.

The weekly rental price is all inclusive and includes:
7 nights, basic cleaning, laundry (sheets, towels), pool maintenance, garden maintenance, water, electricity, tourist tax, internet access, air conditioning, private parking.
A security deposit of EUR 300 is required upon check-in, which will be refunded on departure if there is no damage to the property.
