The hotel staff were very welcoming . Great location.Parking difficult tho as the car park was always full but managed to park close by at mainly no/low cost. Everything is very clean if a little dated in some areas . Room was very clean and warm and breakfast was excellent

EXCELLENT TRADITIONAL HOTEL

Hotel on seafront Llandudno. Nice attentive staff, food excellent. Has bar area and terrace plus Gym & Pool. Nice to have a Dinner Menu that is not all Pizza & Burger.

Great place to stay.

The staff was amazing, helpful and friendly. The rooms while clean and adequate was outdated. The food was great and the hotel well situated for shopping etc. Car park at back small.
