Two bedroom barn conversion on Anglesey | Bwthyn-Cerrig
A modern upgrade of a historical property, this two bedroom barn conversion on Anglesey is a wonderful spot for a break on the island. Sleeping four in total, with a fabulous open plan living space as well as a private garden, Bwthyn-Cerrig is a great location to explore all the fantastic scenery and attractions that Ynys Môn has to offer.
Entering the beautifully presented stone barn through the front door leads into a single storey open plan living space. Simply decorated with clean lines and modern furniture, the space is bright and airy with a lounge, dining area and a well equipped kitchen space. The modern kitchen is laid out in an L shape with shaker style kitchen units finished in white with oak effect worktops. A deep blue tiled splashback is a striking design feature, and the kitchen includes an inset electric hob with cooker under, sink, dishwasher and undercounter fridge space. With a microwave, toaster and kettle on the countertop, the kitchen has everything required to whip up a great breakfast or dinner for the household. Next to the kitchen, a square four seater dining table with moulded plastic chairs is perfect dining spot.
The remainder of the open plan space is made up of a cosy lounge area. With a three seater sofa and armchair in a blue fabric, the corner of the room features a contemporary log burner sitting on a glass hearth with a patterned tiled splashback. It's a lovely feature and perfect for those cosy winter nights. With a side unit housing a Smart TV, there's plenty of opportunity to catch up on your favourite boxsets in the evenings, or to relax after a day out exploring. To the bottom of the staircase, a door leads into a modern shower room featuring oak wood flooring and decorated in a sky blue, with Victorian pattern white and blue wall tiles within the corner shower cubicle and basin splashback.

With a large wooden framed bed flanked by bedside shelves and reading lamps, the room also features a white and wood finished dressing table with a mirror and stool, along with a cupboard built into the eaves for clothes storage. The blue colour schemes comprise a bold bright blue feature wall complemented by paler blue to the remainder of the room. Bedding and soft furnishings are also in blue shades with a splash of pastel pink here and there for contrast.
