Surrounded by nature, with Tramuntana mountain views and a small pool, it’s a bright, serene retreat for couples, families, or anyone seeking calm.



Entering Son Aloui, the main house is left, an independent stone annex right, creating distinct spaces. Central to the property, a path leads to the built-in barbecue area with stunning Tramuntana, countryside, and horse park views—ideal for outdoor gatherings and pétanque. The parking area fits up to 4 cars.



The main house has three double bedrooms: two about 12 m² with 160 x 200 cm beds, desks, and storage; the third, 10 m², also with a 160 x 200 cm bed and storage. There’s a shared full bathroom next to the kitchen (shower, sink, WC, space for toiletries) and a second full bathroom outside, adding comfort for groups.



The kitchen is fully equipped with gas stove, oven, fridge, freezer, and opens to the bright lounge-diner. Large windows lead to a covered terrace (8 x 5 m) with a table for up to 10, perfect for meals with open views of the Tramuntana, countryside, horse park, GREY above-ground pool (3 x 5 m), and sunsets.



A separate stone annex houses a private owner’s area. Next to it, a summer kitchen with a table for 6 sits under a Mallorcan tree—an ideal lunch spot. This area also has a full bathroom with independent access (shower, sink, bidet, WC). Behind the house, an outdoor space lets you dry towels naturally.
