Fantastic villa for 4 people on the outskirts of Llubí, in the midst of nature. It has swimming pool, sunbathing area furnished with comfortable sunbeds and Balinese bed, terrace and barbecue... In short, everything you need to relax and enjoy the beautiful weather of the island.



This small finca is distributed on one floor. It consists of two double bedrooms, bathroom, fully equipped kitchen and spacious living room with fireplace and exit to the terrace. It also has two covered parking spaces, satellite TV, air conditioning and heating and wi-fi.



The farm is located outside Llubí, a town of the north of Mallorca where you can find some restaurants, supermarkets and shops. The house is located about 15 kilometers from the famous north coast of Mallorca, where you can enjoy countless services and its large sandy beach (Badia d'Alcudia, Can Picafort, Port de Pollença, Son Serra de Marina ... ) and small coves of rock and sand like Bonaire, La Victoria, Aucanada ...



Air conditioning:



As far as the air conditioning system is concerned, the accommodation has hot / cold air conditioning units in the bedrooms and the living room.
