Only 1 km from Mallorca’s stunning coastline in Llucmajor, the charming holiday home Dos Madres 7 invites guests to a dreamlike holiday not far from beautiful, sandy beaches. The holiday home in maritime colors consists of a living/dining room with a sofa bed, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms (each with 2 single beds) as well as one bathroom and can, therefore, accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, fans, satellite television, a baby cot, and a highchair. There are 3 new and powerful ceiling fans in each bedroom and in the living room. Thanks to the tall, lush hedges surrounding the terrace, you can enjoy a maximum level of privacy in the communal outdoor area of the property, shared only with the homeowners in the neighboring duplex: here you can stretch out in the sun loungers, refresh yourself in the crystal clear water of the pool (which the owners leave for your private use), or relax in a hammock in the shade of the garden. On the healthy lawn of the backyard, you will also find a slide for children and a wooden dining table, where you can share fresh meals with your loved ones. A supermarket, as well as a limited selection of restaurants and cafes, are within a 6-minute drive or 3.7 km from the property. A large array of shops as well as the infamous Platja de Palma beach, with its golden sands and crystal clear water, are about 12 minutes driving or 9.3 km away, as well as Cala Blava is only 5 km away.



The homeowner lives on the same property but does not use the pool. Street parking is available. Pets are allowed if requested in advance. Bed linens and towels are included in the price. Parties are not allowed.



Pool safety:

The pool has a security alarm which is an alarm with immersion detection and VisioPool technology that warns in the event that a child or pet falls into the water (objects over 8 kg). It is placed in automatic surveillance mode 15 minutes after bathing.

In addition, a children's enclosure is provided for the protection of babies or young children in the garden and pool area.
