Three hours away from home the hotel turned me and my family (a newborn and a toddler) away for a mishap on their part! Said we could just wait for an Unspecified amount of time and be late to our event and refused to simply put us in another room that was available stating it MUST be the one we booked that they didnât have cleaned and ready. Refused a refund or any sort of compensation because we booked though hotels.com (they claimed it was Expedia) and not directly with the hotel.
