No A.C.? No way

There was no one at reception when we first got there and waited an hour before someone finally arrived. It was a very warm night but to my surprise there was no air condition. Was not a comfortable sleep.

I cannot review this hotel as 2 days before staying here, I receive a phone call to say that my room has a leak. And that if I was happy they would move me to the premier inn Wembley at no extra cost. But I did have to do all the running around to make sure it was confirmed even to the day, as the ARK never gave me my actual confirmation email.

Would definately stay again.

Great spot for anyone going to either Wembley Stadium or Arena. Facilities within the room are excellent, and the location is easily accessible by Tube.

Loved this hotel, was central to Wembley arena. The room was like a little apartment, clean & tidy. Had facilities to cook & wash up!!! The only issue we see was the lampshade above our table was broken which had no impact on a perfect stay. Would highly recommend to anyone going out to Wembley areana/ stadium

Great for Business Trip

Parking in the hotel is convenient, the room and hotel is clean and modern, studio room had great amenities. The kind French lady at reception helped sort out an issue we had with the kitchen hob very quickly. The working space area is fantastic with good broadband, excellent value for a short business trip.

Excellent stay

Excellent for attending an event at the ovo hydro. Has everything you need . Had hairdryer and shampoo/conditioner etc and we had a lovely stay. Staff lovely.

Really enjoyed my stay, staff and facilities were amazing apart from noisy air con in room. Eventually managed to turn it off with just fan blowing which was much better Would have been useful if clear instructions for air con were available. Would definitely stay again
