10/10! Loved everything about this hotel, especially the super comfortable beds, the spacious and clean room, the extremely friendly and helpful staff and the incredible location and fabulous view. Spent 4 nights here with a friend in a twin bed room and we would gladly stay here again.

My husband and I loved the Bedford! Centrally located with plenty of dining options. The breakfast buffet had plenty of options and was right next to the gardens. Our room was ready ahead of check in time, everyone was pleasant and the room was clean. Could not ask for more. Definitely would recommend!

Toilets didn’t work well, have to wait 10-15 minutes between flushes. Mattresses probably need to be replaced, feel they are at the end of their life, quite uncomfortable. No top sheet only comforter, which was too warm. Some staff very knowledgeable, others didn’t seem to know.

We had a lovely stay at the Bedford Hotel. Close to transportation and has great staff Breakfast was consistently delcious and fresh. The only improvement I could suggest is installing Air Conditioning in the rooms. The room was a bit stuffy unless we opened the window. However, with the window open it was hard to sleep from the street noise. There was a plug in fan in the room that was very helpful in keeping the room more comfortable. Overall a good stay in a great location.

There is a serious problem with the way the shower hose is arranged in the bathroom. Its current placement makes showering very difficult, and it must be fixed.
