The staff here is always helpful and friendly. We stayed here several times and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to you. There is some construction at the far end of the block, but I say " you can't fix things up without a little mess". Doesn't affect the quality of the stay one but. Rooms are clean and modern. Can't say enough good things.

repeat stays always excellent

have stayed at this hotel few times previously and always found it clean and comfortable. rooms are small but well designed. Only issue is rooms that are on the stairwell at mid point of floors-hard to get luggage to (but staff helped with that) and decide if need to go up a floor to walk down, or floor below and walk up. prefer the rooms at back off the walkway on main level if available.

Shower water temperature was mostly cold, hot for just a brief moment. Room temperature took a long time just to get to 23 degrees celcius. Multiple fire alarms in the morning- staff reports it were guests accidentally hitting the fire alarm bell by the front door. Otherwise convenient location- walkable from paddington station. Food options nearby. Comfortable bed.

We arrived at 10 AM, intending only to drop off our luggage, but to our surprise, our room was already ready for check-in. The room was clean and comfortable, which was a great first impression. However, we experienced a few issues during our stay. The TV didn’t work, neither with the remote control nor using the buttons on the side of the TV. Additionally, the hot water took a very long time to heat up, making it less convenient to enjoy a comfortable shower.

Won't stay here again.

Do not know why this was called a "plus. " the bathroom was tiny. The room didnot allow for multi prong adapters. The room was very hot and we asked them to turn offthe heat but to no avail. Good location for paddington station but disappointed in hotel.

Hotel Delmere

My stay was wonderful. The room for what i needed was perfect. It was nice, quaint and super clean. The staff were very friendly but also extremely helpful with advice tp rour around london. The front desh staff were not just ambassadors for their hotel but for London, England as well. A pleasure for this first time traveler to England.

Property is definitely overpriced for what you get, tiny rooms but exceptionally clean. I had a room with a door that led to a small courtyard between the reception building and where I was staying and it had a strong draft that brought in a lot of cold air during the winter. For the price I definitely expected more facilities and space but if priced better in the future I could see it being a great budget stay.

While very small, our room was perfect for what we needed at a good price. Hot shower with good pressure. Comfy bed in a dark, quiet room. Plenty of coffee and a kettle in the room. Great location, easy walk to Hyde Park, Oxford St. and very convenient for Paddington trains. I would stay again.
