The service is friendly, but not pro-active. When we returned to the hotel late evening, we discovered there was no power in the sockets. We left a note at reception asking them to turn on the circuit breaker, but nothing happened until the next morning, so I had to go back to reception in the morning and remind them of my request. This is rather odd, considering it only takes a minute to fix the problem. The receptionist was friendly and allowed us a slightly late checkout as compensation for the inconvenience.

Room was smaller than I anticipated but adequate for my needs. Very clean, staff friendy, room very quiet. I did miss having some drawer space to put a few things away as only a small space to hang clothes. The area around the Hotel was less than desirable. The AC didn't work, thus the room was very warm in the evening. The television wasn't operating properly as well.
