We go to this hotel for the pool and hot tub. Pool was great as normal but very disappointed about the hot tub. It was not working at all. Very disappointed

The hotel is beautiful, the room clean and spacious. However ,i booked Sunday ,check in at 4 Found out afterwards the waterslide closes Sunday at 4 ,they do not consider Sunday the weekend. I had 3 very upset grandchildren Extremely disappointing considering I paid $300 to stay in the worst neighborhood in London for that sole reason The bath tub in the room also was useless as the drain wouldnt close

Great hotel, so much potential, not worth the price. For the price of the room I would have expected the floors to be vacuumed better, under the pull out coach and bed there were toys from previous guests. The paint was peeling on the walls in our room, there was water dripping from the ceiling the morning we left… def not worth the price that we paid sadly. The pool deck had dirty band aides each day, hair all over, and not enough chairs. Thankfully we arrived on a Saturday and took advantage of the slide that day because by early Sunday afternoon it was shut down. The reasoning from life guards we heard were not enough guests in the hotel and others stated not enough staff. Front desk service was great, as was the restaurant services.

It was good overall. The curtains need to be fixed/replaced! The carpet needs to be replaced. And the worst was when we checked out the next day…our key cards were deactivated at 10am and at that point, we were loading the car so we couldn’t get back in. Totally unprofessional.

Didn't have to leave the country

We decided last minute to book a room for my son's 16th birthday. It was absolutely perfect, especially when it started snowing/sleat raining outside... We will be sure to stop in a few more time in the next few winters. It was like getting away without leaving our town.
