The room was lovely and clean. I needed to check-in early and it took several phone calls before that happened. To me, the check-in would work better if it were earlier than 4:00 p.m.. I didn't appreciate paying twice as much for my room just because it was Homecoming weekend. Seemed like a rip-off as the hotel took advantage of guests booking that weekend. Other than that, it was a pleasant stay.

Clean hot tub and pool! Staff were always in sight and our room was great. The arcade was a fun touch. The slide was closed for repairs, so call to double check if that's a must for you. Short walk to a gas station or shoppers drug mart.

Everything about our visit was amazing. There is really only one complaint, brought my grand daughter to london for the air show, shes 8, she was looking so forward to the water slide at the pool, only to find out it only runs on the weekends. Don't understand why. Other than that the place was very nice, very clean, and beautiful scenery to enjoy.
