Perfect placement in the City, and you’re right above a metro station! And it wasn’t even noisy in the slightest! Almost forgot I was staying near a touristy area. The sound proofing in the building is that good!

A quiet, cosmetically enhanced budget motel in a great location. The bed filled the entire space at the window end of the room - big enough to suit 3 or 4 gymnasts. No reading lights and the control of the available lighting remains a mystery. No tea/coffee making in room. Bring a book while you wait for the lifts. Limited food menu. On the bright side, it sits on top of Tower Hill tube station and the views of the Tower and Tower Bridge are excellent. You get what you paid for, in this case a little less.

The room was disgustingly dirty. For example, the floor hasn’t been mopped in months, the shower was so nasty I had to wear sandals to step in it and the bathroom door doesn’t close. So you can hear people in your room going to the washroom. The location was amazing, the view of the tower was unreal and the bed was comfortable.

The room was mostly clean, aside from the hair that we found in the bed, bathroom and throughout the room. The staff at checkout kept taking care of other customers, despite them arriving after us. It took us 15 minutes to get our bags. Why put new bags in the storage room without simultaneously taking our tickets to retrieve our bags in the same room? It was unfriendly and not efficient at all. The hotel worker really did not care about us having to wait. A line should be set up to make sure nobody skips ahead.

Perfect location by the Tower of London. Super convenient as the hotel is directly above the Tower Hill tube stop for the Circle and District lines. Loved the room set up - while it wasn’t the largest space it was very well laid out and efficient. There were two of us staying in the room and it never felt cramped. I was impressed with the Citizen M app and iPad which could be used to control everything in the room, including the blinds, lights, television and air conditioning. Everything worked seamlessly. The bed was larger than I expected and was super comfortable. Will definitely stay here again next time I am in London.
