The room was so small , the bed looked clean but when I slept in the bed the quilt smelled disgusting , didn’t sleep all night the bathroom was clean but not the room and bed . I wouldn’t recommend this hotel The staff was nice but the hotel hygiene with the bed was disappointing and disgusting

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Great location near the Queensway and Bayswater underground stations and restaurants. The rooms are very small to fit luggage comfortably, but it's London, and you'll be glad to be near “the tube” after being out and about enjoying the city. Recommended!|

We liked the hotel for convenience and location. Odd to be asked for passport on arrival as born and bred English and therefore don't carry it around. Breakfast good but room quite small.

Very convenient location and clean comfy room. Staff were good. Wasn’t there to greet us and waited about 5 mins but when he turned up helpful. Only one coffee and tea in the room? Breakfast was awful. Cereal and croissant and warm cheese is pretty terrible. Coffee machine didn’t work either

Very comfortable stay for a budget hotel. Extremely clean bathroom and large, comfortable bed. Enough breakfast options to set you up for a day of sightseeing etc. 2 min walk from Queensway tube station. Jozeph particularly helpful on Reception. Many thanks
