Staff was rude and did not accommodate my early check in request. They also did not help me with my bags even when I had a toddler with me. Also no cookie offered, I ended up going to doubletree Chelsea where the staff accommodated my requests and were super friendly

We used this hotel as we were going to see a show at the O2 and we were super happy with our choice. It was clean and the bed was super comfortable. The staff were welcoming and attentive. There was no noice from other guests or lifts etc. Could've have asked for better and would book again!

Not worth it

For a hotel/chain that is meant to be above the norm, this fell woefully short. Small room, bits hanging off and in need of repair, 2 teabags as 'complementary', the toilet with a frosted glass door that still offers basically zero privacy, a TV that can't get most channels... Save your money. Stay in a Premier Inn.

Fantstic staff and location

It has been a long time since i stayed at a hotel where the staff were so nice and helpful. It was a throwback to what the industry used to be like. Amazing staff on reception and in the restaurant.
