We had such a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff were so welcoming and friendly and very attentive to both me and my 5 year old. The breakfast was lovely, but I’d have liked to have had more vegetarian options for the cooked breakfast, perhaps some veggie sausages? The room was perfect - everything was clean and fresh and we could just about spot the London Eye from our window! It was a short walk to and from Deptford Bridge DLR station which was so convenient. I have recommended this hotel to everyone since I’ve returned from our trip. We will definitely book again when we come back to London.

The rooms were clean but too cramped. It felt as though we were squeezed into such a small place but charged for a huge room. I requested for adjacent rooms and received an email prior to our arrival that it would be accommodated. When we were checking in, the receptionist informed us that our rooms were adjacent but in two different floors (802 and 902)! I didn’t realize that adjacent has a different meaning for Hilton group of hotels. Where are we going to access each room? Through the floor/ ceiling? The check out staff were very accommodating and nice. We did request to store our luggage after check out as our ride was not available yet. The staff helped us with ensuring that they’re labeled and stored correctly.

One of the first things it says when booking on here is soundproofed rooms, but my room was pretty noisy. You could hear the water pipes, other people’s doors closing, and the people upstairs. The hotel imposes tray charges on top of its high prices for room service, so it should do better with collecting trays. The corridor area of my cluster of rooms stank at night and when I checked in the morning because someone had left food out. The room was okay but pretty pokey. The wardrobe doors couldn’t open fully. The one window was small and up high, so no real view outside. No minibar/fridge.

Disappointing stay, poor Mattress and early morning noise I stayed at the Hilton in Greenwhich last night,unfortunately my experience was below expectations. When I arrived the receptionist didn’t seem welcoming. Which gave a poor first impression. The room itself was fine in the basement, but the mattress was in terrible condition,when i sat on it, it sank all the way down,making it very uncomfortable to sleep on,to make matters worse from around 7:00am then was continuous noise from the gym above my room, which made it impossible to get any rest after a late night, I only managed about four and a half hours of sleep in total, overall I left feeling quite disappointed.

Lovely staff, great breakfast, good location.

The reception team were lovely and efficient. The breakfast was very food and the restaurant very well maintained. The staff were really good. The room was an upgrade and had great views. Sadly things like no shower curtain or screen meant water went all over the floor and soaked the shower mat. The mirror needed a new battery and there was only one pair of slippers. Probably not for everyone but we use them after the shower. That was the main reason we reduced our score on cleanliness. Someone had even written their name in the steamed up windiw during our stay. Strange.

Excellent staff worked very very hard to make your stay great cant praise them enough, the food was aslo excellent price is a little high but when you see quantity and quality it is well worth every penny, i would give 6 stars if i could clean, smart, staff go out of their way for you i will definitely recom3nd and stay again,, my only gripe is the glass door on the bathroom but most hotels are the same,,,, EXCELLENT STAY
