I booked the last minute so was grateful to find it so close to wembley. I was disappointed that there was no cutting knives so couldnt cut the crusty bread we brought then found out there were no saucepans, no frying pan. I booked 5 of us in the accommodation yet there were only 4 chairs, 4 Dinner plates, 4 bowls and no tea plates. Needless to say serving an evening meal was ridiculously impossible. In order to get into bed you either had to get in and out the same side or bend over down to your knees because the wall will whack you.As the time went on head knock after head knock and finally the biggest bang on my head i have ever had. It is impossible to use the bedrooms without it being dangerous,so ended up going home with a large bump on my head, in fact even one of the children forgot and luckily only had a slight tap.The other problem was trying to sleep. First of all there are metal headboards on the bed with a gap between the mattress so the pillows end up at the back on the floor. Sadly all i heard was doors being slammed which i think was from the flats below.Sadly when i arrived the mess, dirt and leaflets in the communal entrance was dreadful and the stairs were absolutely filthy so straight away it was a bad start. Thank goodness the flat itself was fine. Not the best cleanliness but ok.Check in and checkout was fine though parking in the space allowed was difficult as i had a large motor and dont think the car either side could get into their cars.
